llyy Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and llyy (hereinafter "llyy", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://llyy.bid.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using any portion of the llyy platform — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including llyy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the llyy platform and close any existing account. Continued use of llyy following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of llyy is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the llyy platform;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing llyy for your own personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of llyy or any of its affiliated software or service providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from llyy or had your llyy account permanently closed for Terms violations.

By creating a llyy account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds held at the time of closure.

To access the real-money gaming features of llyy, you must register a single personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one active llyy account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of multiple accounts being detected, llyy reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your llyy account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify llyy immediately via the 24/7 live chat support function if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. llyy will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify llyy promptly upon discovering the breach.

KYC Verification: llyy may, at any point and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer, or KYC) including a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity, address, and payment ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions.

llyy accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Deposits page within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods for Pakistani players currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed within your llyy account.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the llyy deposit interface at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your llyy wallet balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

llyy does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside llyy's control and responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your llyy account wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has successfully completed the applicable KYC verification requirements;
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your current balance have been fulfilled;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the withdrawal interface;
• No active compliance review or investigation is pending on your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

llyy reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds. During any such verification, the withdrawal request will be held pending. Players will be notified via their registered email address and may be asked to supply supporting documentation.

llyy offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated within the individual promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus win caps — in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your llyy account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Only real-money wagers placed with eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements — free bet credits, certain games, and bets placed at odds below the stated minimum may not contribute.

Bonus Abuse: llyy actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming exposure, or any other strategy that llyy determines constitutes bad faith use of a promotional offer. llyy reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and restrict account access where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and for personal use only;
• llyy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting support — however, opting out is permanent and cannot be reversed;
• Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

All games available on llyy — including live dealer casino games, slots, table games, sports betting markets, fishing games, and racing — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

llyy's slot games and virtual table games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by professionally trained dealers in certified studio facilities. All games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panel for every slot title.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on llyy — including cricket (PSL, ICC events, bilateral series), UFC, football, and other available markets — are subject to llyy's sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void markets, in-play bet acceptance, and maximum payout limits. These rules are available in full within the sports betting section of the llyy platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the llyy platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any llyy game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit predictable outcomes;
• Money laundering or using llyy for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates financial crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening communication with llyy support staff or other players via any platform chat function.

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or associated with the llyy platform are the exclusive property of llyy or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any llyy intellectual property beyond the limited personal use licence required to access and use the platform for its intended recreational gaming purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any llyy content without prior written permission from llyy. Unauthorised use of llyy's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, llyy's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the llyy platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player to llyy in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

llyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the llyy platform.

llyy does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While llyy makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and security, planned maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability for which llyy is not liable.

llyy is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. llyy's platform provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within account settings at any time without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when a gaming session has exceeded a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your llyy account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your llyy account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be reversed by contacting llyy support during the exclusion period.

llyy enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and actively cooperates with international responsible gaming initiatives. llyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion that a player is accessing llyy from a restricted jurisdiction;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Extended account inactivity, subject to the dormant account policy below;
• Any other circumstance in which continued account access would conflict with llyy's licensing obligations or responsible gaming commitments.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. llyy will contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. A monthly administration fee of PKR 200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

Upon permanent account closure by llyy for Terms violations, any remaining real-money balance will be assessed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the specific circumstances of the closure. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of Terms-related closure.

In the event of any dispute between you and llyy regarding a bet settlement, account matter, payment, or any other platform-related issue, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting llyy's 24/7 customer support team via the live chat function. llyy's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with llyy's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to llyy's complaints handling team at the email address displayed in the Contact section of the llyy platform. llyy will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving a written escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and llyy, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified by llyy's applicable gaming license. Details of the relevant body are available upon request from the llyy support team. llyy's regulatory authority maintains oversight of all unresolved player disputes.

llyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following conditions:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the llyy platform;
• The updated Terms will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document;
• Your continued use of llyy following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms;
• If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Amendments that are required by regulatory or licensing obligations may take effect immediately without the standard notification period.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which llyy's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in llyy's applicable international gaming license.

By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 above.

Nothing in this clause limits llyy's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the platform or its players.
